BW paratroops with UH-1D Huey (Thanks to Massi for his nice Huey ! BTW Fred we need a same coloured Huey like all BW troops.)
Image

I modified the Panzer corps/UI/editor_scnparams

<td><select>
<option>None</option>
<option>Ju 52</option>
<option>UH-1D Huey</option>
</select></td>
<td><select>
<option>None</option>
<option>Douglas C-47</option>

Now I can use a second air transport as main air transport - the normal 3 different transport planes for the NATO I will set manually in editor for the 4 great para troop operations. I do not find a other way - PC can not accept new transport typs or movemnet typs. Also I testet unit class 14 + movement typ 5 - but it dont work acceptable.

Thanks.

I don't know if this is a separate mod of your Cold War or you plane to release all together.

Very good work Fred ! Do we have a way, to use the dirty green variant for all like in this screen (T- 72GM) ?

New Pontoon park KRAZ-PMP works fine - here you can see two engineer batallions in action. Can you also design a new PMP bridge for the engineers ? My work looks to bad - we need more details for the pontoon parts.

I cannot decide - I need help ! Please all - what looks better - the dark unit shadows or brighter ??? Fred We must decide yet - all units with the same. If no - I will rework all my figures. Now its no problem - but with more its to mutch to do.

By me 60:40 yet for your old brighter variant, with the dark variant we can not see the underground and the units harmonized not so beautifully with the terrain underground.

Give me a concrete example. Post a smaller image with both cases.
And I'll tell you my opinion.

Nickgen, I hope they hire you. Id buy Panzercorps in a second if there was a modern war option.

Great looking bridge engineers. My eyes may be deceiving me, but the river looks to going through the bridge the engineers are laying (like it's superimposed on top of it).

Yes - its a PMP Pontoon bridge with 2 parts - every part with 4 segments.
Give me a concrete example. Post a smaller image with both cases.
I posted many screens - you can see both variants - the infantry and the vehicles on the last screens have dark shadows - all older screens the vehicles from Fred have brighter variant.

Slowly ! Its a free mod, but you will need the game to play it. Now we work only on NVA and BW units, parameters and troop organisations, but in the next weeks we will add some other nations they fight also in our WW3 Middle Europe scenario on march 1990 - USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Canada, Spain, Italia, Luxemburg, Denmark on NATO side and Soviet Union, Poland, CSSR, Hungaria on WP side. My map goes from western Poland to eastern France and from southern Denmark to Austria - 680 km x 550 km - thats 374000 Hexfields or km² - include all units for a planned WP attack on the NATO with all historical divisions on his starting deployments, air bases and historical planned reinforcements. The scenario will come with 200 turns (20 days) to play with thousands units as Multiplayer scenario for long winter nights. I hope the engine support more than 2 players than ! We can divide into 4 Generals on every side.

In my opinion, I'll pick the darker one.

Yes, I can do a version with the same texture for all,
it's what I'm doing, but it takes a lot of time .... be patient ...
I think your textures for infantry are too bright, and I'm sure there is a better way ... mail me your Poser models, with the poses, figures, textures ect ... and I'll take care if you like ... ..

Yes, but the original figures have also this heavy light effects - an darker version without light spots looks bad - believe me I tested.

mail me your Poser models, with the poses, figures, textures ect
I can not give you my work - many of this models I bought or created in long time work. Its illegal to copy this models for you. Also my poser libary its to mutch - 3 Terabyte - I can not send you this stuff - we have no contracts and I don't known - what you will do with my work in the future - your work also as graphic designer. Sorry , but I am a little bit confused with Blond Knights "Nickgen, I hope they hire you."
Also you will need all your time to create your nice vehicles - believe me - we need hunderts of them and 50-80 different infantry figures. I will do the Infantry figures, but we will need the same shadows for all.

Sorry HBalck I thought Nickgen was spearheading this mod effort, if your the one working on this then I hope Slitherine offers you a side job building out more game content. I know alot of effort goes into even something small.

Hblack ,
No worries about not share your models, I had not thought about it, you're right ... better be careful...
very good job, with a little doubt for the shiny side of your textures, it's a shame you can not give a less shining effect for your textures or change the light ....?
incredible, the aircraft-carrier !!!
it's a personal model or royalty-free found on the net?
if it is a personal model, I find it crazy ....
it takes a crazy time to create this kind of models ...
I would not have the patience to do that ...
when I see that the creation a tank already take 2-3h for the 3D model,
and 2 to 4 hours for texturizing ....
Very good Job..... :)
