You can't unilaterally decide on the map terrain (other than if it's the fallback terrain of the defender satrapy, in the case of Indike, Tropical Plain), since the attacker and the defender in each battle agree on which map terrain to use, from among the available terrains of the satrapy in which the battle takes place (the defender satrapy). If they can't agree on one map terrain, the fallback (i.e., the leftmost) map terrain of the defender satrapy is used.

So discuss and agree with Rosedelio.
