It can heal and fix in a next turn standing next to stuf. Works on units and also bunkers and such if I am not mistaking...
Hmmm... RP free, I guess I should have noticed that and I wish I'd learned it earlier.Shards wrote: Wed Feb 22, 2023 3:46 pm The jeep ability doesn't cost you RP (which can get very low for the USA on Wake)
Dishearteningly, that’s a fake point. If you due a 3-point-damage to the "6 points hanger", it will explode anyway.pupski wrote: Wed Feb 22, 2023 10:56 pm I tried the jeep once again and it can be handy to strengthen a hangar at the start of the scenario to 6 points. Other option is fixing the anti ship guns so they do a bit of damage to warships. It's a fun jeep. If ever I get to play this scenario in the tournament... tick tack, tick tack,...
Through some special methods, that jeep can change the game. I wonder if someone has noticed that in the deployment mode, all the units are in "without any movement" status, and the jeep can be deployed to so much position. So one may deploy the jeep here and repair this then deploy the jeep there and repair that and so on. I used this trick to repair nearly all my bunkers and coastal guns, that's why @omistaja said that my "deploying turn with medical jeep" caused him a lot of trouble. I'm curious if it's a "legal" usage for the jeep in designers' opinion⊙﹏⊙∥Shards wrote: Wed Feb 22, 2023 10:19 pm Tbh, the only reason you've got a jeep on that scenario is that I wanted the USA to have the specialism that gives RP for being in combat. The jeep is just a bonus.
Wow! If this is true it seems a bug to me. Or the jeep becomes the best unit in this scenario...weizhinaihe wrote: Thu Feb 23, 2023 12:47 pmThrough some special methods, that jeep can change the game. I would say that was exploitation of a bug and is frowned upon.weizhinaihe wrote: Thu Feb 23, 2023 12:47 pmThrough some special methods, that jeep can change the game. Don't remove it. Just deploy it to another position - I mean just click another position that you can deploy something.amenhotep13 wrote: Thu Feb 23, 2023 11:46 pm It's a "half bug"
I tried it on a hotseat game. The jeep can be deployed and heal a bunker or hangar or anything at arrival but if you remove it then it can't be deployed again in the deploy phase. Although the healed unit remains healed
It can be deployed in further turns but it's not able to heal at arrival
Is it the same in hotseat and PBEM ? I don't know
Ahem... The American force seems so weak so I make many attempts to find effective strategy for defending, but I seem to have exploited a bug according to @Shards, I'm sorry for that.omistaja wrote: Wed Feb 22, 2023 1:42 pmWell, your deploying turn with medical jeep made me feel a little warmer, but I like the challengeweizhinaihe wrote: Mon Feb 20, 2023 5:54 pm I think this method is quite feasible, and so does AdmiralYamamoto's.
BTW, I had intended to reply to your message after completing the turn, but I forgot after the stressful game( ╯□╰ )
So, good luck too and hope the game would make you feel less cold![]()

A lot of players manage to play at least daily but some players don't manage to do that. Also a small part doesn't show up at all, there are numerous reasons that live can throw at us players, including lack of time, life issues or disinterest to name a few. You get a decent point compensation for your score after the time has expired when your opponent played less or not at all, but you miss out on the fun of playing the game. At the moment I am waiting five days for my opponent to start his game. Playing is more fun than waitingSidlicious wrote: Fri Feb 24, 2023 9:52 am Hi all!
My 1st tournament ever and liking it....but....is it normal to wait 3 days for your opponent to make a move?
All the best and good luck to all the participants!
