And not possible, according to the rules:

• At the start of the tournament, the tribal powers can only make raid attacks upon the provinces connected to their homelands as follows:
  • Scythian: 5, 6, 13, 14 (and 37, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 if controlled by major powers).

• However, as and when the tribal powers succeed in raid attacks, they will loot these provinces and be able to raid from these looted provinces, getting access to more provinces to raid attack and potentially loot, in turn getting access to more provinces to raid and loot, and so on.

@SnuggleBunnies: could you please provide another Raid declaration.

Setting up the battles

• Turn limit: 24 turns.

• Map type: Pot Luck (except for 2b: middle-eastern agricultural).

• Force size and Map size as set out above.

• No map re-rolls allowed.

Resolving and reporting the battles

• Players commit to concluding their battles by October 27 at the latest.

• Any battles not concluded by then risk being resolved by adjudication.

• The defender reports the outcome of concluded battles in the tournament thread.
