In Bzura (DLC 1939) I've got strange message about new hero. My hauptmann said that this hero wants to join my army & recommends to buy recon plane. I suspect who is this hero, so any advices how to make him strong? Will be buying Recon plane (Storch?) enough or should he get XP too? Any chances to see his full strength before the end of DLC 1939?

You will see him in AO41, he arrived in GC41.
There may be some trick required to get him, but not yet.

Unknown, it is a teaser for the Rudel hero.
It will take some sort of Commendation Point and/or prestige sink action.
In GC39 we were gifted 'Recon Rudel' who had to be deployed in the Minsk41 scenario.

As soon as it is known, it will be posted in this forum,
which will have to wait for the release of the DLC it occurs in.

I'd be willing to guess that the suggestion to deploy recon planes in future scenarios (I believe it is actually said to deploy a recon plane moving forward one rather then to buy one) hints at the fact that the hero will require a conversion of the recon unit to tactical bomber (they are the same class however, so maybe not...) OR he will first appear as a hero with some recon bonuses and will later be possible to convert him to a hero with bonuses better suited for tactial bombers as well. This is however just guesswork.

Hello generals. I had a question regarding traits for 1939, 40, and the upcoming '41. There's lots of good info about traits for SCW but not much on the other DLC. So, what traits would you recommend and why?

(Just read out about the "Power4" but I'm more committed to a fun campaign rather than using cheese).

Hello everybody!

I recently started working with LUA scripts for the use of commendation points. Like that really!

In addition, I have the question whether there are certain, prescribed line spacing between the command lines in the Scenario.lua files?

I would also like to know whether upper and lower case letters (eg "A" or "a") are important?

And third, with the new 1941 DLC, there are any new LUA functions are implemented, like counter of points, traits or other things?

Is there an approximate date for the next DLC? Are there any bug fixes or new LUA functions planned as part of a new patch?

What I miss is the information that my Allies, the Spain Nationalist troopers, comsume my Prestige Points, when they suffer losses!

Panzer Corps 2 is a great game! I played through the base games twice. The 1st time on General and the 2nd on Field Marshal.
Some days ago I purchased AO Spanish Civil War and I started on Field Marshal difficulty. I believe this decision was a mistake. I managed to save Prestige Points every scenario, until Toledo. In the Toledo scenario my Allies got so much losses, that nearly all of my stockpiled Prestige Points were gone. I would have liked to have had this information beforehand! I am thinking of restarting with General difficulty, because on Field Marshal it is less fun and too much work.

Looking for 1940 DLC campaign tree, anybody can help ?
