Eric has won back to back matches to lead Div A, albeit having played one match more than markleslie and tyronec.

Good progress in Div B with 4 players completing at least 4 matches. anderarcoss11 and Bodhran both won their matches since the last table, but anderarcos11 increased his lead at the top due to having the more emphatic victory and will be hard to catch. ulysisgrunt has won back to back games to move into 3rd place.

mcfcivo has the lead, but needs more victories to hold back Ironclad, Vakarr and wzfcns who are bearing down on him. Vakarr has won 2 out of 2 with high scores and inflicted the first defeat for wzfcns. xxClashxx is also undefeated after one, but that was against 2nd placed Ironclad.

Rafydedel lysimachid 320 bc defeats bodhran Thracian (Gallic) 280 bc 45-9

The battleground was split in two battles: one side devoted to cavalry and one side for infantry.

On the cavalry side, the presence of an elephant was a big advantage for the lysimachid who could make up for their lower number. On the infantry side, phalanxes quickly engaged Thracian warbands to their advantage with the help of a few lucky dice rolls.
The gap in the score comes from two phalanxes which rallied very appropriately at the last turn.

the completely horsed iberians charged gamely into terrain with patches of broken ground all about and with on left irish had the hills....at first some irish units just ridden down ...but the lancers were too impetuous , not keeping their lines and result is being swarmed here and there by irish coming off the rough ground...valiant stuff , keep the ballad singers busy back in Espana
