MikeMarchant's Ealry Principate Romans (27/34) beat LHaricot's Late Dominate Romans (28/28)

An excellent clash that was closer than the scoreline would suggest. Superior Dominate legionaries clashed with mostly avegrage legionaries on my right, but my auxiliaries managed to work round the flank and undermine the enemy legionaries in the rear. On my left a mixture of auxiliaries and cavalry faced off cataphracts and lancers in the open, eventually falling to the heavier horse. Two LH worked to LHaricots rear drew both of his generals away from the action, giving me an edge on those all important morale tests.
