PeterGuest's Visigoths defeat Stefano's Spartacans (47/49 vs 41/38)

Embarrassingly poorly led Goths somehow managed to just scrape over the line against the gladiators and slaves - sheer weight of numbers tipped the balance in the end

Epicouros (Later Ptolemaic, Roman 55-30 BC) 25/29 beat steve-h8 (Pontic, late 84-63 BC) 49/47

Almost overwhelmed by superior numbers, my flanks held on by their fingernails, both dealing and sustaining heavy damage, until the Pontic centre was finally destroyed by the Ptolemaic heavy foot. At last, and in the nick of time...

Epicouros (Early North African Fatimids) 23/35 beat mcfcivo (Maurikian Byzantines) 34/29.

Not an easy battle, especially in the early stages. What did the Byzantines in (I think) was that their infantry only came to the rescue of the cavalry when it was a turn or two too late. The Byzantine cavalry had performed well, but was too battered in the end to operate without infantry support. Just like the Fatimid cavalry, actually, though they got their infantry support, which sometimes resulted in gruesome losses for the poor footsloggers, and didn't always save the cavalry. Still, it paid off in the end.

klayeckles (Persians) 38/43 vs rexhurley (saka) 42/42

Persians sacked a camp and found the women and children...that was just enough to win the day before the cav had its way.
