I saw this game had not been posted and wanted to complete the recorded matches.

SawyerK with the Antigonid army lost his match against grahamed and his Achaemenid Persians by 51 to 26. The map had a number of rough and wooded squares that made it difficult for the Antigonids to form up, and when they finally got into a partial position, the Persians shot them to death with arrows.

The Vikings took some losses initially as the more mobile Arab army attacked the right flank of spears holding the river. However, the river helped with fighting off the many Bedouin lancers as the rest of the army slowing got into the fight.

The battle was more nervous than final score could tell. As a half of the game i needed to retreat saving one my flank and indeed Triarii could score more points. Most of battle I needed to defence and be patient. Shooting power of my massive bowmen + horse archers could broke many light troops while disrupted armoured spearman with commander could withstand vs Knight and medium cav. At the of battle opponent’s knights were broken by shooting, flanking of medium cav and good fortune of my knights.
