How to use radio/HQ units in the game?

A little idea to use radio/HQ units.

Let them use the switch button in the game.

In "Travel mode" the unit has a spotting of 1 and a movement of 6.

When using the switch button the unit will be "deployed", movement will be 0 than and spotting will be 5. This simulates the overview of the battlefield the unit has becausse of all the information it gets by radio.

Hm... So why does he publish them? If I wanted to keep my units to myself I would not have released them to the public. It just does not make any sense.
