GENDARMERIE FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL
A new unit is the Gendarmerie for traffic control. This unit has a switch button and is a 3-way unit.
1 Travel mode (motorcycle)
2 Give direction to the left (no movement)
3 Give direction to the right (no movement)
This unit can be used to direct your troops over the roads of the big maps. You can place them to remember your incoming units which roads to follow to the front, for example roads who are clear of mines and obstacles. If your troops have past the unit can move with high speed to a new location.

Feldgendarmerie

Traffic police and ORUD.
The units of the NKVD of the USSR, including the State Traffic Inspectorate and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, played one of the decisive roles in the defense of the capital. Without a doubt, it was the fighters in cornflower-blue caps who were destined to become the last shield of Moscow, to lay their bones on its streets, but to stop the enemy.

The last German army
Far from immediately after the surrender, all German military equipment passed into the hands of the victors. In the north of Germany, in Schleswig-Holstein, until May 23 in the British zone functioned the last government of the Third Reich, headed by Grand Admiral Dönitz. There the British also kept in internment, fully armed, including tanks, several divisions of the Wehrmacht.
According to the plan of war with the Soviet Union "Unthinkable", approved by British Prime Minister Churchill on May 22, 1945, it was envisaged to use these German divisions (10-12 in number) in the Third World War against the USSR. After the arrest, at the insistence of the USSR and the United States, of the Dönitz government, in June 1945 the British were forced to disarm these divisions and turn their equipment into trophies.

I wanted to start with the Small Campaign and i see in the read me it says I need to copy them out of the options folder but it doesnt say where to put them to make them available instead of the Big campaigns that are standard when I first install the mod. Panzer Corps / Data
You will overwrite the Big campaign scenarios by that. We recommend you play the Big scenarios Campaign 39-45 German

Hi Drumline2
In the last full update version 'PAK-Update v2.00_Full' there is a folder named optional.
In this folder are the files of the small versions of the scenarios of the standard campaign.
As phcas says these have to be installed in the Panzer Corps/Data folder to overwrite the big scenario versions of the 39-45 Campaign scenarios. Once you have installed Pak Mod you can create a folder in the Mods folder which just contains the small scenario files and then use the JSGME program to easily switch between the big and small versions of the scenarios once you have finished playing either version of the standard campaign.
I have called my folder 'Pak Mod 2.0 Standard campaign small scenarios original OOB' see the screenshot to see how it is set out.

Respect comrades.
A really very good mod. I always wait very excited for new updates. And do not even get to play the "old" ready.
Keep up the good work. Just a question on the side: the German border columns in black-red-gold??? Rather black-white-red or?
Sorry for my DEEPL - Englisch.

I'm not quite sure why there are border pillars there either if it was all still the 3rd Reich in 1944 )

Hi guys, I tried to find information about the Kriegsmarine fleet at Cherbourg at 06.06.44 but I found only info about a few Schelboots. Do you have any details? Overlord map is almost done. Right now I will be testing it and bug fix.

Chapter 8 Coastal batteries of Cherbourg against American battleships
https://history.wikireading.ru/42270
In principle, French sailors, including submariners, did not deserve such an attitude. Already after the surrender, with the threat of capture by the Germans or Italians, they had to fulfill a secret order from their Admiralty: either go to the United States or other countries of the Western Hemisphere (which remained neutral for the time being), or sink. However, they were also instructed to act in the event of a threat from "other powers", by which the "Mistress of the Seas" was clearly understood first of all. In fact, they had to fight against the latter, and submarines played almost a leading role in skirmishes at sea between former allies who have now become enemies.

"WOLF PACKS" BY KARL DONITZ.

1944
In 1944, the number of dead submarines on coastal shipping routes increased again. Thus, 41 boats were lost in the Barents, Greenland and Norwegian Seas; 74 boats were lost in the North Atlantic, 26 boats were sunk in the North Sea and on the approaches to the British Isles, including the English Channel, 22 boats were sunk in the Baltic Sea, 24 boats in the Bay of Biscay, 12 boats in the Mediterranean Sea, the Central In the Atlantic — 11 boats and 13 boats were lost in the bases. The total losses of the German submarine fleet in 1944 amounted to 249 submarines.

Germany
The Kriegsmarine submarine forces are the leader in losses of submarines and submariners. Having started the war with 57 boats, Germany then launched their large-scale construction. According to the German historian Axel Nistle, the total number of German submarine forces in the period 1935-1945 was 1,167 submarines. During the Second World War, 1,110 units were included in the Kriegsmarine, including 15 foreign boats captured as trophies or not transferred by the Germans to their owners. The total loss of German submarines amounted to 1024 units, which include both boats that died during the fighting, and decommissioned or scuttled before the surrender.

A Type VIIC boat refuels a VV-138 seaplane at sea, August 14, 1942. Such aircraft often interacted with U-bots, providing them with information about Allied convoys. The reception of fuel by aircraft from boats at sea allowed to increase the time of patrolling of seaplanes. The U-255 submarine was commanded by Lieutenant Commander Reinhart Riche. He took the boat on November 29, 1941 and took part in the defeat of convoy PQ-17. On March 17, 1943, Riche was awarded the Knight's Cross, and soon transferred ashore to the headquarters of the command "Nord".

according to the conditional signal "Rainbow" in early May 1945, the Germans managed to sink more than 200 of their submarines
