Excellent work

, but am I wrong, or the debriefings of missions no. 19. Star (MV), 21. Suvorov (DV,MV, Loss), 22. Dnieper-Cross (Loss), 23. Dnieper-Bridge (Loss), 26. Kingisepp-Gdow (Loss) and 29. Jassy-Kishinev (Loss) are still missing?

Keep up your fantastic work on an excellent campaign.

I will take a look at those briefing files and see if some are missing. Will fix in any case by the next release.

So, it seems you almost finished the campaign. Did already reached Berlin or Prague?. Could end WW2?.

I have a request for all those who played The Great Patriotic War scenario: do you guys found the prestige balanced?. too few?, too much?, its ok?.
I am about to starting to work on some fixes and additions to the scenario and I want to be sure to have a strong starting point regarding this topic.

Since you will work on fixes, please check the sounds.
This really destroys gameplay, I do not have such issues with other mods.

Let me to congratulate to this excellent mod. I extremely enjoyed the early defensive missions (even with significant loses on my side). I´m hoping there are more defensive missions after defending Moscow

There are defensive missions later too.

I personately prefer to be on attack.
Especially if I have the first turn I know the weather at the enemy turn; I like this and use it for my advantage.

I created two field fortification units as an experiment and after one scenario I got the option to convert them into further infrastructure. They have been upgraded to Maxim Gorky and work excellent in the battles

The only thing which I do not find anywhere (also in the manual) - how can I repair them? I cannot use the option neither in the battles nor between the scenarios. Isn´t it possible? Should I simply let them die and create new ones?

First I want to apologize for my late reply. To get back to your question, I must confess that I am not yet progressed as far in your campaign as you might suppose.

But besides playing your fantastic campaign I work also on a German translation.

The following Mission texts are missing, unfortunately, still (version 1.4): Mission No. 8: MV; mission no. 9: Loss, mission no. 14: Loss.

Among the previously reported lack of Mission texts on all missions 19, 21, 22, 23, 26 and 29 are still missing in the following missions no. 31: Loss, no. 34: DV, MV, Loss, no.35: DV, MV, Loss, no. 36: MV, Loss, no. 37: DV, MV, Loss and mission no. 38: MV, Loss.

Maybe you can add one or another missing text in your next update.

. I had a mess with the files lately (backups, old and new versions, etc), I hope to fix them all for 1.5 which is coming soon

Hi Akkula, for the fix I also have some proposals (beside the above described infantry-infrastructure conversion issue)

- On the strategic map the axis is really hard to identify. The small grey cubes fade into the environment, sometimes it causes bad surprises

- On several maps (e.g. Narva, Debrecen) there are some axis units on the very top of the map. They cannot be attacked because they stand only on half hexes.

The rest is excellent.

Now to answer your asks:
- Yup, I agree. I noticed that in normal scenarios the strategic map is useless, but its perfect for The Great Patriotic War scenario (thanks to McGuba of course). To solve this, I will include both options in the next release: vanilla and "big maps style".
- Yeah, I received several reports about that and I have fixed them in this new version.

Hi everyone!. Finally Version 1.5 is up!

The main highlight of this release is the introduction of the Scenarios option. So far I have added 7 new scenarios (1 from the campaign) to play as German or Soviet, my aim is to add many more by the next update, I hope you find them interesting

.
Also I added two options regarding the Strategic Map icons to fit the different characteristics of huge and standard scenarios. Basically they are a McGuba style icons or the Vanilla ones, check the Readme file for further details.

Remainder: The Great Patriotic War scenario is designed to be played as Colonel (or higher) difficulty, otherwise is boring .
