Viking raiders launch an all out attack on the right side to avoid difficult hill on the center. After fierce fights (and too much missiles fire for viking taste), the steppe people let this poor area in the hand of living raiders, and great Valhalla for the dead.

Blagrot (Scots 851-1051) beat Doyley50 (Byzantine 740-903) 48%-22%

The Byzantine cavalry shot quite a lot of Scots but were slowly trapped and proved to 'not like it up them sir' once engaged with the massed spearmen, the Skoutatoi put up a stubborn fight holding off Huscarls but the numbers of angry northerners won through. Thanks for the game and chat

Karvon - Khazars drew vs anderarcos11 French 888-1049 AD 59-46.

We managed to draw out and destroy the French knights and most of their lights and mediums, but didn't put much of a dent in his shieldwalls and fell just short at nightfall.

If you’re the player challenging, you’re free to use allies for the army you’re playing, subject to what’s allowed in-game and that the ally’s time period too must cover 900 AD. So basically you decide on allies for each battle, but only if you’re challenging in that battle.
