Like the rest of you, I can't wait for the next version of this... The scale and scope of the battles depicted make it much more fun than the original campaign. The North Africa scenarios, in particular, are a treat and display such craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Gah, I think I need to start a new campaign to bide the time. :)

Nikkidd,

After I had marginal victory in Norway/Sweden, the game crashed and kept freezing up every time I tried again. So I was unable to get to France and when the game goes to load the initial turn it freezes up and crashes. Any suggestions?

Reinstall Panzer Corps patch v1.20 (just the patch, not the whole game).

Thanks everyone for the flowers :)
There will be an update to the 28 scenarios in a few weeks. The "MV/loss" path after second battle of El Alamein will be added to the content.

Interesting I had not done the patch yet. However the strangest thing happened...after I upgraded via the main menu option, it reinstalled Allied Corps on top of Panzer Corps. Despite the fact I never ordered Allied Corps. Later I read other thread that mentioned how you have launch Panzer Corps via main menu as Allied Corps is default.

Long story short, you have to set Panzer Corps as default from icons on main menu to get rid of Allied Corps. Then I had to uninstall / install the Mod from GME. Now it works fine and the original crash I posted about is gone. Thanks! on to France

Will there be some major changes, like extra hero units? I'm on the fifth map now and don't want to miss anything cool and important.

The small scale maps are something else for a change compared to the typical large ones. I was first reluctant to battle with so many units but it still plays nice now. You just get to used to go through so many units on many different battle locations on a map. Sometimes, you tend to loose quite some units and possibly need to abandon a battle somewhere, but when all your forces reunite in the end, things turn into your favor again. Pretty exciting gameplay.

Btw, do you ever find time to play any of your hundred maps so far? It seems like someone has chained you to your desktop and whips you into creating one map after the other.
Anyway, thanks for your hard work so far!

There are no significant to no changes at all to the released scenarios. This is the vanilla edition after all and we keep the better stuff for the ultimate. If i read correctly, there should be about 200 german units then...

Every map i create and script, is tested at least once by myself, before i hand it over to the betatesters on www.streitmacht.com

Is there an ETA for the Ultimate version?

The vanilla version you've released is great, mind.

Sorry, valhain, there is no Beta for the Ultimate-Edition planed. And it wouldn't give a Beta for the Ultimate. Only the finished Game will be available when the mod is finished.
Also no stand-alone-scenarios will be posted too....Screenshots are limited,too..

In case of LoV-Ultimate all people have to wait till the great release....

The Ultimate is a great surprise for all......
