Perhaps take it one step further: you could even select your photo for your hero. That way, if the end user wants to add photos of "licensed" material that the game publisher can't include for legal reasons, at least the end user could. So if you want SS or other historical figures, you can without Slitherine breaking any German or EU laws.

Before their destruction at Stalingrad, they simply had an anti-tank battalion instead. But even later on, their Panzer-Abtleilungs were made of self-propelled anti-tank guns (like the StuG III) rather than tanks. This all of course only matters if you want to be historically correct.
A few Panzergrenadier divisions did have actual tanks, most notably the Großdeutschland-Division.

I know they didn't have any tanks. But I put in elements from other units, to complement the 3. infanterie.

For example the JG3 will act as fighter cover, StG2 close support and so on. As for the tanks, I will probably bring in elements from a yet to be decided panzer division. But my core elements will be from the 3. infanterie for sure.
