Set up from 12, start game around 1 and run through to 6 ish if all goes well. If there is a strong consensus to start a little later and run into the evening that can be done.

You would be lucky to get us there for 12 from Manchester Si. Spike will already be down South, some shandy drinking party he must attend, but me, Dave and Hammy will be driving down that, not too early, morning.

What is a good time for the Northern contingent then. As there are several of you we need to time it sensibly for you guys. I am pretty flexible.

Well I'm on holiday

(visiting a mate in Guildford is my last stop before Ascot).

I've entered the DBMM 15mm comp at the challenge and will be bringing along my Late Romans. I have in the same box Gothic Foot, Gothic Mounted, armoured and unarmoured so they can also double as Gepids. I also have a load of Alans and Chionite Huns I could bring along.
I would be interested in taking part if no one wants a practice game on Friday afternoon. Although I own the main rule book and the list books that cover the Late Romans and the Byzantines, I've never actually played a game of FOG, so I might be a bit of a liability!!!

Simon is the liability, he's organising it
I think there is still space but Simon needs to answer

Gah!
Belay that last missive of mine.
It seems I'm on duty Friday until midday. I probably wont get down to Ascot until at least 3.30pm now.
