Completed on turn and moved on to another game in deployment phase - server error so I hit cancel and exited. I did save the turn first though. Now all my games disappeared. I see post about an attack so there are still server issues.

Yes the mp server si still on and off , able to play one game , then it doesn't recognize my account etc .

I got all my turns in, nine in all, but it was spotty. Now again, all game have disappeared.

I am just holding off now on turns until we get an all is good announcement. I know it must be frustrating for the FOG2 people to have to deal with malicious attacks but unfortunately, it happens.

I have been experiencing all of the problems above over the past week.
This is why I hate mandatory company organised PBEM. If the company servers go down you can't play.
Why not give us a choice to use either standard PBEM by email or the company server. Flashpoint Campaigns gives you that option
and I really appreciate it.
We all have email. We all have the game. Let us choose how we wish to PBEM.

Ok, this morning I got out 2 tournament turns and 1 regular game. They all loaded well. The first completed game went out without a problem. The second completed game took two attempts to send out. The third game reported that it failed to go out after multiple attempts. I finally cancelled the turn. However when I was returned to the lobby, the lobby indicated that all three games were in the enemy turn mailboxes. So apparently all three went out even though the third game reported that it did not go out. Making progress.

I've just updated my PC with the latest Windows 10 updates and rebooted. I launch the game and click multiplayer and I get this error.
I have no option to change my login details (not that I need to as these haven't changed), so no idea how to fix this.
Please help!

Does the message appear before or after you enter your login and password? You might also want to check that the app isn't being blocked by a firewall.

Actually I should have posted this under FOG:E, I found this thread by a Google search for a solution. The good news is that I left it a couple of hours or so and tried again and it's now working.
There were no changes to my AV or firewall and the I suspect the issue was server side.
