Indeed, it would be nice to expand some more the game modding knowledge base, so... Don't be shy!

By the way, I applied the "airfield windsock mod" to my tiles file, and it is a real improvement to the visual aspect of the game, because it makes the all-important airfields to be readily visible. Thanks for sharing!! 8)

Guille, I use so many of your icons, it would be wrong not to share with you! So here goes:

1. Find the Purchase file (it's a Chrome HTML file located in Panzer Corps/UI folder). Make a back-up.
2. Open the file using notepad.
3. About half-way down, you will see this:
purchase1.jpg

4. Note the red rectangle. You will copy this block and paste it right below.
5. Also note the 'flag0' and others underlined in green.
6. And note the 'top:205px' underlined in blue immediately below the red rectangle.

Part 2 will follow with a 2nd pic and final instructions.

The finished product should look like this:
purchase2.jpg

7. Each of the "flagx" entries must be changed. Flags 0-4 become Flags 5-9 in the new section.
8. The 'top:160px' entry becomes 'top:195px' in the new section to start the 2nd row of nation boxes.
9. The 'top:205px' entry (in the purple box below the pasted section) becomes 'top:230px' to allow room the 2nd row of nation boxes. This moves all the purchase classes down a bit. I don't think I missed any steps. Just save and exit.

It's possible you might have to save to desktop and then drag it back into the UI folder. Sometimes you're not allowed to save in the game folders.

One strange thing I've found is that sometimes the unit purchased is auxiliary, not core. It seems to be specific to the nation selected and is probably determined by the allies defined in the campaign file.
For example:
In McGuba's Poland scenario, I turned on about 10 countries for the Axis side (in the editor).
In game, I was able to purchase units from all those nations. Units from Italy, Hungary, Romania & Finland were all core. Units from USSR, Bulgaria, Blue Team & Bulgaria were auxiliary. I'm not real familiar with how the campaign file works, so I'll need to do some more testing.

If anyone has questions or my directions were not clear, please ask for clarification. Thanks for letting me ramble.
