If you want to translate it just word by word - you can say

даешь - "give"
Киев - "Kiev", city name

But the meaning of this sign is completely different. It means something like "Kiev forever!" or "Kiev go go go!" I cant find proper english words to provide the clear meaning of this idioma "даешь..." but the closest is "Viva la...", "For glory" etc.

Thanks for your help.
Finally I shall not use this image for this scenario.

It is supposed to be a mission tutorial but it is more difficult than it appears to it.

I hope you can reach 1941 scenarios for the soviets because thats when they get to use Katyushas. The Katyushas would be a great weapon to use

Hi,
For the moment this campaign is paused.
There was neither comments nor encouragements for the last scenarios.
The scenarios can improve only if there are comments in returns.
There are several unfinished scenarios.
I had the impression that it interests nobody anymore.
I was selected to be beta-tester and I had a lot of work.

Oh, well the main interest for playing soviets to me is using their Katyusha. Will have to wait for official campaign than.

For the moment, I see no such thing appearing to the horizon.

If you ever return to making this than here are some comments
Yangasala: I split my force into two groups, one to take training grounds, other to take Yangasala. Once I taken Yangasala I was caught off guard by the counter attack which cut off my infantry in Yangasala. Luckily I was able to take the training ground shorty after.

Soviet invasion of Poland: I have to agree with pervious comment that the polish artillery is a bit too much.

Petsamo: Turn limit for this scenario felt a bit too strict. I captured the main objectives on the last turn and was not able to complete any of the secondary objectives.

In conclusion, the scenario is good ?

I agree with the idea that the artillery is too much. I think that in the original scenario there was already too much artillery. Not easy to rectify.

I deliberately put the Turn limit strict because the fights do not raise too much problem. Maybe too much strict ? Easy to rectify.

It seems that the only solution to add new Soviet Avatars and Commanders is to create a Mod :

Yangasala is all well.
For Petsamo I don't think I was particularly slow. I think turn limit should be increased just a little.

Will be done.

Just another question : for the secondary objective "Nickel Trains" do you think it is necessary to indicate where they are or give an indication like this : Trains are somewhere on the railroad (logical!) ?

I think the indication you gave above is fine.

The scenario Petsamo 1939 was completely worked again : new objectives, new images, new AI more reactive, map reworked (a little taller...), longer scenario...
You can now purchase your own army (you can even buy partisans if you want !).

For example, here is the army with wich I test the game (composition not the strongest but varied, the cargo truck = secondary objective):

Release tomorrow, needs a last test.

Played the updated Petsamo scenario and I can say everything works fine. The higher time limit is a relief.
I was a bit confused on how to capture the finnish armored train. I knew from the description I had to cut off its supply but not sure what you mean by "causing enough damage to break its combat capabilities". I was able to capture it however.

So will you be making more scenarios?
Since it said we get spec points from capturing the nickel mine and its implied we will get the finnish armored train in a later scenario.
