Thanks, Don. Their webpage has changed since I signed up (or thought I had) back in August. I've been in touch with someone and it has now been sorted; apparently it was a faulty link between PayPal and their website.

I'm also going non-European. The list is in (on the grounds that it wouldn't get any better if I stared at it for another week). I am going to indulge in the despicable tactic of practice though, I'm trying it out at the next Northern League round. It's an army that I've not seen or heard of anyone else using.
