Question: why so many charismatics?

Thanks for the feedback. I used two charismatic generals, a DC and a CC to keep my conscripts fighting. A large unit of conscript infantry or cavalry cost 12 points to get another dice for rallying or 10 points for a charismatic general. Of course this doesn't help with passing complex move tests or shooting, for the infantry.
