Just wanted to add my thanks to Brian (and the team of responders) for asking the set of questions and providing the excellent accompanying pictures which helped immensley. Brian you certainly are NOT embarrassing yourself with these excellent questions....thanks
PS - Note to design team - is it possible to put up a 'sticky' explaining the step by step process of how to upload pictures so theuy can be displayed as above - thanks again.

Thanks for the support Bugle, its nice to know : ).
There used to be a sticky but I can't seem to find it anymore. But basically all I do is take some pics of the situation. Then I go into Photoshop and optimize the pics for the web and change the width to 640 pixels as per the old sticky (it drastically reduces the size as well which makes for faster loads). Then I upload them to Photbucket. Then when I want to have them show up in a message I put where I want the picture to go. Then I go to Photobucket and find the pic I want. I copy the direct link and paste it in between the 2 HTML tags . Then finish the message and do a preview to make sure the pics display properly. You might have to debug if a pic doesn't show up. It could be a wrong URL to the pic or perhaps an error with the HTML code. If you do this and have any problems and want some help just send me a PM and I'll be glad to walk you through it
