I won one against Jonathan4290, Thracian 40/58 to Persians 55/52. It is recorded in the table although I forgot to post it. Sorry!

I lost 3 games, one to Jonathan4290 and two to Peter2467, one of which although posted is not recorded in the table.

Even though Danny won init, he had a very poor choice of maps and so we fought on a map with limited rough/difficult terrain.

Yes, for various reasons too long to go into I show up on the forum as PeterGuest but appear on FoG itself as Peter2467. I did ask about amalgamating or getting rid of one, but it sounded too complicated so left it as is.

A tough fight in the centre - I achieved a superiority on the right flank, but victory was in the centre. My left flank was kept under a lot of pressure. A bloody battle.

Everyone still has 3 opponents to play (the rest of their pool). So you need to play everyone you haven't played in A now. At the end of that stage, top 2 from each pool will advance.

I'll update mistakes standings on next posting, and let it serve as a lesson not to do basic math when you're working nights.

The Persian centre and right held long enough for their cavalry on the left to encircle the Egyptian centre and break them just before the right crumbled, delivering victory to the Persians.
