Alan, I should also say that by predicting you would win that he has certainly put the kibosh on your chances. Hardly worth you turning up now.

I didn't give much credence to his predictions anyway. Just more evidence of his medical need.

The wonders of the internet means the crystal balls are redundant.

Ah well not only a ban from the competition for collusion but five years in jail for unnatural practices.

We bow to your vast experience of unnatural practices John. BTW I read up on Mercks and you should be clear in a decade or two.

Your friendly mole in the hole can reveal the development of a healthy black market in army pick swaps with a few of the early listers heads upping each other with picks. So far I am aware of 2 definite scary armies with the potential for 2 more. The 5 armies on mole's radar (including mole's maurauders) are comlpetely different and cover no less than 4 different army list books.

Shaping up to be a corker.

The door's still open for a couple more entries amigos ...........

In response to an unprecedented demand the MITH has inaugaurated the APES service for this year's Schiltroners.

The Army Pick Exchange Service is a body wholly independent of mainstream Schiltron administration and an unoficial add on to this year's basho. Apply to the MITH to subsribe.

APES current subscriptions list sits at 7 worthies with Army Picks now from 6 army list books. No doublers so far.

A couple of notes - today is the deadline for lists to George and a couple (just a couple) of spaces remain for late entries.

Checked out www.schiltronwargames.com today. Only one list from 22 outstanding so I guess we can expect the r+r soon. MITH predicts some pretty out there army picks. We may even have all the books represented - how cool would that be?

Moley can be first to reval that Moles Maurauders are ....... ta da! ....... Later Medieval Jocks in Benidorm!

Had to be what with the Indy vote approaching didn't it?

Thanks George
Cor - I dont fancy those impact foot armies much, or the pikes or the French. Thank God there are two corners at my side of the table .........

Hot favourites selected on form, army pick and ring wisdom;

1. Navigator Johnston
2. Rob T
3. John Muir

Lord Munro, what are you doing hiding in here?

I've been searching everywhere and have my trusty knife in hand.

I think Hunter has very short odds on you not making it through the tournament.

With Hunter's height, short odds are the only ones he can offer.in any case, if I do not give him a lift home on Sunday night he would have to spend money on travelling back himself. A fate worse than death for him.
