Sorry for the problem. We are looking into solving it. In a meantime, to help us to pinpoint the cause, could you send us an email to multiplayer@slitherine.co.uk when the problem occurs with the following info: time when the problem occured (including timezome) and your Internet IP address.

Problems re BA yesterday evening Uk time - multiplayer save timed out. Tried again, but the final screen does not show my final moves.

In Munich, Germany, with iPad 2 with iOS7. When trying to play Multiplayer, game server tells me to update my BA via App Store before playing online... Started some 30 minutes ago...

This is actually quite funny... Your E-mail is bouncing.

I have tried three times, & am about to send again.

Your E-mail server isn't the same one you run the game on, by any chance...?

I sent a mail to that address just a bit ago and it worked fine ... I had a turn that I had to abandon this morning since it wouldn't upload.

Just played one turn ... worked fine. Actually, uploaded my turn in 7 seconds which is pretty close to normal now.

Keeping fingers crossed.

Its works as usual for me at the moment.

The issue seems fixed. Could you please try now and check if the issue persist?
