My experience was great, my order got processed in the middle of the night between 02.00 and 03.00 am and it only took 2 minutes. I was a bit worried I would have to wait with starting my download till the morning and was positively surprised. The 70% rebate also worked out nicely.

What didn't work was registering the GMP serial manually, but logging into multiplayer did it for Slitherine. Matrix allowed manual registration of the serial.

Now I better hurry to start and finish a complete WW2 Grand Campaign BEFORE Allied Corps is out...
(Also, I must second Borsook, right now we have games where the forums are active at Matrix and games like Panzer Corps where most activity is here at the Slitherine forums.)

The same here.
There just is no option for the Mega Pack of Panzer Corps. And for the other Panzer Corps titles the serial just don´t work.
Hope you can add it in the near future, I want to register it like the rest of my stuff.

Can you contact support - the serials should work in all the DLC's and get auto registered when you login to multiplayer. Maybe try logging in to MP and see if it works. If it does it must have been some sort of typo.

Installing the game in the correct order:
I cleaned up my laptop recently and had to reinstall the game. I also installed the Africa Korps and new Mega pack additions. I did Afrika korps last. The Megapack campaigns didnt work, the original campaigns and afrika korps did. When I deinstalled the game again and first installed Afrika Korps and THEN the megapack, everything worked allright. Maybe it is just my computer, but I suggest you install the Megapack last!

Yes it is. But make sure that you've your serial numbers registered in your Slitherine account. Just login in multiplayer and they will be automatically registered if your have your DLCs installed.

maybe i sound like a complete imbecile but what campaign do you select to play the mega pack? i selected wermacht and that doesnt work

Press the Classified folder at the bottom right of the Campaign/Scenario menu.

I cant see the The Grand Campaign Mega Pack even under classified folder. I can only see the my 10 previous grand campaign DL's.
Help needed.

That's it. The Mega Pack contains all 10 DLC`s in one package. The only benefit is the convenience of having all DLC in one package.

I am REALLY disappointed about how the customers are treated...

At first I was so happy, that the mega pack came out and counted the days to the release.
Then I registered on Slitherine an registered my games for a 40 % discount. It all worked fine...

I choosed to redeem the slitherine shop code, which was a great mistake...
After I gave all my sensible informations and payed the bill, a mail from primus arrived me, that the purchase cannot be done due incorrect informations.

I asked which information were wrong, but only get a mail, that my money will be transfered back and that i dont get the game! No reason why!

The only problem I could imagine is that my telephone number was incorrect. But there is the problem: I HAVE NO PHONE. But the informations about it were a must. Aside the question, for what your company needs a telephone number when the money already is payed, what am I to do now? Do you guys really want to tell me, Icheered to soon and cannot buy the mega pack because I have no phone? That must be a joke, or? A sad one

And what is with my discount code. It only counts once and because the cancelation of my order from your side, i will have no discount anymore?

Please... don´t say, that this is for real... I just want to play Panzer-Corps and are willing to pay for it...
Don´t make it harder then it has to be...

I'm sorry to hear you had problems, but the phone number is just a standard part of any credit checks relating to cards. Verifying the details match is what the payment processors require Plimus to do. The phone number is only used to validate your card. There's an increasing number of credit card frauds. So credit card companies, banks, e-commerce companies are taking extra measures to prevent this. One is to demand additional information for confirming the transaction. This is becoming a standard procedure.

BTW I have a credit card and I did not have to give my phone number to obtain it. I also do not give my real phone number to Plimus, as I think it to be something rather private. Though, I had no problems with processing my order.

I'm no expert, but maybe it also depend on other factors as well. These entities analyses a lot of information, and in some cases they may need an extra information to validate the transaction. Anyway your credit card number, your address, your email address are private information as well and probably more important than a phone number.

I'm not denying its importance, I just wanted to say that the phone number is not always checked and maybe it wasn't the issue. And as a pure personal information, I protect my phone number more than my address, as I'm more afraid of telemarketers calling me than sending me mail
