no problem anytime thinking about it in reality i should have disengaged my poor left and would have trounced you oh well decisions are easy in hindsight

This game I disengage my left from all his lance in the open and ran for the sanctuary of the hills, I did get cheesey this time around and had a unit zealots snot three units of lancers attacking it in waves, lols must have driven Okie banana's

the bosporans took advantage of the scattered deployment of the gepids and their own great mobility to deliver a devastating blow to the gepids' left wing, then hunkered down to weather a furious counter-attack.

Bagration - Palmyrans (19/34) defeats Greetings44 - Goths (51/46)

Combo of legions and cataphracts proved too tough for the Goths. Palmyrans anchored their left on some woods and slowly ground the Goth center down.

Jonathan4290 - Dacians (34/48) defeats George123 - Dominate Roman Western late (38/37)

Hard-fought battle where the Dacians were able to outflank the Roman MF holding the dominant hill and Dacian MF happened to dent the Roman legionnaires on impact a little more often than normally.

DIVISION B RESULT

Turk1964 (Sciri) 29/46 vs Caiko(Ostrogothic) 57/48

An Ostrogothic Civil war where both sides fought a bloody contest on a battle field where high rocky Hills seperated both armies.Not an ideal battle ground for Lancers but siezing the high ground gave the Sciri advantage.The Sciri took no allies but the rival Ostrogothic army took Vandal Infantry as allies.While the Ostrogothic lancers fought well the Vandals were cut to pieces by the over eager Sciri lancers and were soon in disaray. The rest was a matter of holding a massed Ostrogothic Lancer assaualt on the Sciri right flank where the rocky hills gave them advantage. Thanks for a great game Caiko .

Division C Result

Bagration (Palmyran) 17/35 v. Dave_r (Bosporan) 50/50

Palmyrans gave battle on a narrow front to keep secure flanks. I overcame a less than stellar deployment to come back and grab a win. I was generously aided by the grace of the dice gods who chose to smite poor Dave with two of the worst rounds of luck I've seen right as the game was in the balance. Two dead generals and a shredded army later, I escaped with a win in a game that was much closer than the score.
