I know I am resurrecting a dead thread of 14 years ago, but does anyone have a this mod and can post a new link that works? All the ones here are dead.

Nevermind, I found a mod that I was able to use, two actually and then I tweaked them both and made them into one, for historical German flags, icons and rondels. I also made it JSME compliant.
