Just looked into Danzig, the cores seem quite balanced. I haven't really worked out a complete list of what to keep in a 50/50 case, but I'd definately keep some of the units that usually don't see much action since most players would buy stronger units that are already available if they can afford them (I'd assume). So for example I'd keep the core Do-17, the 75mm arty, and the PzI as preset core units.

If you plan to include custom units that weren't in the orignal campaign, maybe a nice idea would be to replace one Stuka (core or aux) with a Hs.123.
Well, as you noticed, it is not so evident. In my opinion, it is better to leave the possibilities for starting the campaign to 2.
I will be quite happy to finish the campaign first of all with the vanilla units.
About implementing custom units, it is a possibility.

The prestige given to purchase 28 units is set on 6400 PP, which i believe is very generous.
Ofcourse, if players will tell me it is too much, than i will gladly adjust it.

Last test screenshots. Made a few minor adjustments to the last scenario. Few things to do before release later today.

One out of two tanks you can capture in Dunkirk scenario.

Casualty list after third playtest. (so you can already fathom how many enemy units await)

Is the mod a complete mod? There doesn't seem to be as many folder in it as some other mods have.

This is the first pack of a "grand" campaign. It contains the first five scenario's which are described in the 3rd window. At the debriefing of the 5th scenario, your core will be saved which can later be imported into the second pack (under development).

The seize is rather small because this version of the campaign uses stock units, sounds and effects. There is no need to put them in the pack, since Panzer Corps automatically uses its own units, sounds and effects if no additional folders with custom made items, are present in subfolders of the mod.

Thank you for your remark :).

So do I put the files in my Mod folder, like the DMP and original PZG mod, and run it through the GME or do I put the files elsewhere?

Unrar the file under:
\documents\my games\panzer corps\mods
If you do not have the mods folder, you need to create it.

Start the game, chose new game, click the folder more campaigns, click on the campaign you want to play, click play, chose lvl of difficulty and so on, click play and then you will get your first briefing.

This campaign is fully compatible with Panzer corps 1.04 and does not require GME to run!

I hope this is helpful for you :).

Cool, I'll give it a try after I finish the DMP mod.

I'm busy with the first test.
-The behind-the line troops are doing what is intended...keeping ground and air units busy that would otherwise go south.
-I lost 1 core unit which is acceptable sofar.
-For next test: changed behaviour enemy fleets
and my cat is having fun with my notes dropping on the carpet :)

My troops are taking a hell of a pounding (round 5 to begin).

I can always make it harder after the release if players really would like so.

Yes, from the west you invade with your core and auxiliary german units and from the east with russian auxiliary units.

I see you've already tweaked the first scenario. It's better than the previous, IMO.

I tested the first part of the campaign three times. It is time consuming but well worth it to avoid easy oversights like for example: amount of deployment hexes, (general) behaviour of AI controlled units, prestige (for both sides), and is it doable to achieve a DV.

There is always room for improvement but that depends largely on feedback.

Definitely, I like you scenarios, niki.
In the first scenario I've finished at 8th turn. Lost one Aux Cavalry.
Started the second Poland scenario with 1883 pp.
Finished at 11th turn and lost Aux Cavalry and one core Panzer 38T. In the end of this scenario I've 1921 pp.
In spite of finishing at the 11th, it took me more than 1 hour.
I'll give a go with the third, Norway. Hopefully tomorrow.

I missed the name of the cities.

Unfortunately many of the original GT scenario's do not have city and rivernames.
Only the ones taken from original PG (like scenario 3) do.
Help is welcome to fill the blanks.
