Thats what I like - perfectly - BTW I like the stadion !
The small houses looks better , trust me. You need some new little house to fill out the edges of your city tiles - Looks to mutxh like Hex - if you not fill out with some things !
Can you also produce some new forest tiles like the old - I am missing full forest tiles for deep and big forests (over many hexes - In russia some forests are over 40 km² Bialystok or Nabolicki - thats very nice for partisan - (they stand on railroads and blocked the reinforcments) fightings in the back of the front).
Also some tiles like Brush, Vineyard, Orchard, Marsh, Beach, Rough. Possible are also very little cows, sheeps or horses for fields or free land.
And the new highway road system with Connections for the normal road in every variation. (Highway cross or Triangle !)
BTW - you have a good fine tuning feeling for the maps - I like it !

Really good, your cities hex, Massi ....
but I think that if they were a little less blue,
and probably with some smaller buildings would be perfect ...

Thanks, you're right Nik perfectly.
Unfortunately, the die is cast.
I'm slowly trying to improve the buildings of the city that I did at first, but I messed up graphics. I joined the levels in Photoshop and save the image, like an idiot ... I hope to reduce the size of cities in the future.
for now I would like to dedicate to hexagons with particular structures such as stadiums.

I think that, if you can already change the color of the roofs of the small houses,
that would be great, in a orange tone , as in the original hexes,
it is possible to change them all at once, using the effects of layers in photoshop ...
if you want, send me one of the cities hexes and I show you an example ...
I wish make the missing tiles of the tileset roads,
but it's really not easy to find what effects were used to create them ...

Is that AAMI Stadium in Melbourne? The field is round so it's not a soccer pitch and the retracting roof sure looks like AAMI. Just thought I'd ask (and get one post closer to losing my horse avatar for a Pz III)

I'm also trying to do some city or village hex.
I know it take a lot of time to do that.
Currently, I think what you did is much better than my work...
I wish I can catch up with your hex, haha
Keep going, when a huge city formed, it will be totally different again!

military airfield

Looks good - but the relation between the sizes are confused ! The industrial center ist to big - also the Military Hangars - they are so big like a stadion ?
The military airbase is very good so, but the same trees are bad (also with hangar - use different trees - only one of every typ !

dense forest

Really nice - this is what I called dense forest - the big buildings looks also better yet ! Now you need only some more ground shadows for every house + forest - let me know if you have problems with that - I can help you to find a way. You are our map worker Nr.1 yet. Check your e-mail !

Just wondering, are these going to be made available to the PzC community or are they for a closed group?
You said earlier "when I finish all the city tiles, forum post the zip file."
It might be good to release the ones that are ready now. Although many look modern there are a lot that are WW2-ready.

I still lack a bit, Condor, have faith.
will not be a closed group, but for everyone.
I will light one for the WW2, and one for WW3
will be called: PC_WW2_New-map-tiles by massi.zip
PC_WW3_New-map-tiles by massi.zip
for now, I only do tests and post on the forum. I follow the advice. improves the tiles.
likely to release all in September, because in a few days I leave for the summer holidays.

The village tiles for WW2 are ready - 36 different - but now I can set better small villages in my scale 1km = 1 Hex !
Now I will do all others ! Big city, industrial, orchard, vineyard, stone terrain the walls for Overlord etc. 300-600 are possible !
