No once you have done a reduction those dice are no longer counted a disrupted
Where are you getting this from? It seems an unduly cumbersome mechanism and I can't see how you are inferring that this is the way to do it.

bullet point 4 (page 94), is for first reduction, and once dice have been reduced they can be reduce again there fore no longer disrupted dice in effect, then bullet point 3 for the 2nd reduction.

you make reduction by BG. ( P94 )
6 LF disr = 2 Dices one for each target
4 LH Disr = 2 dices
4 LH disr = 2 dices
Total : 1 dice ( left BG ) 5 dices ( Right BG )

I've raised a request in the FAQ thread as this is going nowhere.

bullet 3 just said that you can create dices with bases of other battle groups... ( 2 bases of LF and one other base from another BG of LF can make one more dice at long range....
Effect of Dirs, FRAG... etc.. are only explain in the 4th bullet P 94.

The first part of bullet 3 refers to where multiple BGs are shooting at a single target and it is clear from that bullet that you count all of the shooting bases to which a reduction applies before applying the reduction.

I'm not agree with that..
How do you interpreted the 4th bullet ???? If the 3rd bullet was so clear , why write the 4th.. and specified that you are losing dices By BG

I think that we can agree that it is not clear! To me the 4th bulllet only makes sense in relation toClose Combat.
