I had somehow forgotten about the existence of that site. I can see I have a lot of reading to catch up on...

RAT is a very good forum. And, regarding the roman army, there's another one even more interesting than RAT, which is Gary Brueggeman's the roman army one. Actually, I think Gary's site regarding the roman legion is the absolutely BEST on the subject (atm at least).
