While you are at it (terrain tiles) we need mud that slows troops and AFVs.

There is rubble overlays (or objects?) but I don't think they block.
Ok, real quick ... I made a MUD_TEMPLATE scenario ... Demonstrates the minimum stuff for adding new tiles.
Includes two mud tiles and the Ford tile, both as new folders ....

I'll zip it up and post how-to.
