Turn 41 Fatimids decide to improve relations, nice of them, and the bribes where nice too!

1. Ordu will storm Kapan, now the breach is wide enough.

Turn 42 Develop Baghdad, normally I develop an under developed region, but in this case both I wanted didn't have a noble, but Baghdad needs a road.

2. Ordu gets defeated in Kars, will try to take the neighbour rebelling region next turn before joining 4. Ordu to try at Kars again.
