Other than this issue, does anyone have any other comments on Fleet Command or the previous maps in this tournament?

Did you get any more of these messages? There was some maintenance going on around that date which may have caused this oddness

I was pleasantly surprised by the easter egg Marine unit's appearance. That's all I'll say so I won't spoil it for anyone.

Fleet Command is nice and intensive. There are almost too many naval units (and resources) available. The odd ship/air unit lost is soon replaced.

I can't log on to my MP games. Error message is: The serial number is invalid.

Can anyone help?

Same, I cannot go do my turn today, I get "The serial number is invalid" !!!! I have had SO many PBEM connection problems with this tournament, it's insane. it'S my first tournament, but I've been playing PBEM with a friend for months without those probem, so I suspect a server patch might be the problem?

Same here while fighting against SagsGames77 in the tournament. Hope we can finish in time after this gets solved.

Nope, just the two times and so far so good in fleet command.

I could just login normally and play my turns again

That sounds like our servers had a bit of a glitch at that point

Nice job people, this has been my first tournament and it's been fun - and a learning curve!

I am playing the 3rd game in the OOB tournament right now and think there may be a glitch with the game. While playing the Japanese, I have accumulated 25 on the "secure factories to earn reinforcements" but have not been receiving new bombers. In contrast, in the game where I am playing the US, I have seen a steady supply of new bombers. Is this asymmetry designed into the game or is this an issue? Any insights would be appreciated.

If you get a ship into the home island harbour a marine unit suddenly appears on shore to help attack the base!
