And that concludes this 1936-1942 playthrough.

Overall, the AO series is very entertaining. Lots of hours, lots of fun. Not everything is top notch, but I dare say there are more good moments than bad :D

The main downside for me is the lack of challenges in the later DLCs. I know I can add more negative traits and options or play without heroes/medals, but that's also taking away a lot of the elements that make PZC2 fun.

Heroes, Steamroller medal, OS, gift units, special heroes and hero combos --> completely alters the way the game plays and makes creating challenging scenarios impossible without also making the game inaccessible to 90% of players.

Anyway.

If 1943 arrives in a timely manner I suppose I'll continue this playthrough.
