The only fantasy mods I know of are this GOT mod, and the Zombie mod for FOG2 Ancients:

I am not interested in making a fantasy mod myself, and there are people around (ie: Cronos09 and Schweetness101) who are better at modding the game's scripts than me.

I was just gonna do up some Faction banners but got carried away.

The Mount and Blade game had a nice mod called "World of ice and fire" that had decent banners and unit lists, it was a lot of fun.
