Hi guys, I guess I owe you an update on where we are.
I've shelved a full update to version 2. It really doesn't justify the time and effort involved (given number of sales and overall take-up).
I am working on a version 1.5 update though - It's about half complete.
This will be published on the Field of Glory site and be available for free download.
Depending on commitments elsewhere, it should be ready in about 2-4 weeks.
Could be any time now. Will apparently be about 6 pages worth,
Looking forward to it
Martin

Rather than listen to the anticipated long drum roll, I'll listen to Michael Shrieve's drum solo on Soul Sacrific at Woodstock instead. Helps to while the time away.

I see the rules coming now. Surely that is Grouchy' Dark Blue coats emerging from the wood carrying them?
I've ordered up the v2 rules, D'Erlon is bringing them to the battlefield.
Marshal Bernadotte has promised he will deliver them shortly at Auerstadt. Any moment now.
The rules are in storage at Smolensk. We only have to retire from Moscow...in the snow to get them.

Way back on the 5th Feb Terry wrote that the "1.5" update for FOGN was supposed to be ready in "2-4 weeks".
I am a pretty accommodating guy, but really......
.... Longest month ever......
We have all been eagerly awaiting this update.
The snippets that have leaked out on this forum make it sound like some long-held concerns were being addressed.
Now I hear Terry is involved in the V.3 FOGAM project.
While I wish the new project all success, (and would still love to see a V.2 FOGN), it would be nice if he could deliver the "1.5" update as was promised before investing too much time in this new endeavour.

I was surprised by this, for sure. Perhaps someone could post a question there or toss terry a note.
