Yeah Genghis horseman were nightmare.

I remember having to fight them in total war medievel, there light hit hard and fast run tactics could be very annoying. Especially most countries used heavier horseman. Arab nations I found easier to trap Mongols with them, or conquer Russian steppes use there light horseman to trap then hit hard with heavy horse.

I didn't know he only lost 1 battle, that truly is some achievement.

I must go practice the summer offensive as I agreed to multiplayer tournament, I never tried multiplayer so it should be interesting. Don't think I manage 1 lost battle record.

Ok I go practice summer offensive and make lemon cake, bet no one in history fought battles and made cake at same time, see I multi-tasking, we come such a long way haha.

Oh dear I forgot it's my anniversary today, I might not live to play multiplayer.

1 after 1206 (Kalka River, 1223 vs. the Cumanians). I'm not counting the pre-khan tribal skirmishes - there's little record of those.

In Medieval 2 I use trebuchets and fling rotting cows at them. It breaks their masses up, which I then bust up further with ballistae and fire-arrows. I don't think Mongols like fire.

As present got her ticket go see family with boys, as I am poor I justified buying online get good price and tickets at the airport. So she doesn't realise I forgot.

I still play first one as my old computer does it without issue. Am upgrading computer this year so am looking get few new titles.

I enjoy Shogun total war first one.

Zakblood my GF is filipina, don't worry about been spanked you should see her playing with sticks, butterfly knifes. Filipina are highly tempermental.

In Philippines, Arnis is a national sport.

Having Filipna GF I can understand why the guys could fight in bolo companies, there not much else left in world to scare you after having filipina GF.

If want save me you could always do pacific campaign next, then I got excuse I am teaching my boys Filipino culture and history. I might even get browny points!

No not flowers last 2x I bought flowers I ended up with son I named them after angels in hope they be nice, but I got pair monsters. I scared next time I have daughter, Gf is expensive enough, I like little money to buy more Panzer Corps DLC.

Cake and chocolate works for keeping her sweet.

I reckon it is the best TW game ever made. Many people say the same. A bit different to MTW1 though - you move around the map by just clicking somewhere on it, rather than having provinces.

It works fine on XP and Win7. Probably still good for newer stuff.

for me it's Rome TW 1 with some mods added

Didn't get try total war rome as my lap top doesn't run anything that graphic.

I using old vista laptop, I had desk top but major hard drive crash and to out of date to bother repair. Finally at point in life where got enough to buy new computer so will buy new desk top.

I will keep my laptop as I find lot of older games run fine on it that my newer dead desk top had issues playing. Vista not so well supported online any more so with that GF ok I can buy new computer, she likes keep in touch family so she needs it to.

Lot games like total war rome/ medieval 2 are so cheap on steam now, with frequent sales I sure I can build nice collection. Keeps kids out GF hair.

Panzer Corps only game paid for not on sale.

Maybe they do Panzer Corps 2? If they do hope they continue supporting Panzer Corps. I like give total war shogun 2 and napoleon a try.

i got all the TW games on offer on steam, great value and tbh a great set of games, but the last ones are the worse, the older ones imo are much better and more fun

I played on my brother xbox 360 and xbox1 been honest most modern games seem try for multiplayer, online content which consist of ton DLC that don't really give person much, they appear to be about making money only. To much is placed on graphics.

Games appear in general be losing there soul, I like games that make you really think and really catch you, not the five min wonders that all multiplayer till everyone bored got next new game with great graphics that be five min wonder.

I don't make much money so I guess that does influence my opinion and its just my opinion.

I still mostly play the older stuff, don't buy many new games now. Half of the new ones don't run on XP anyway.

I got Civ 4 out again today. Quite cheap nowadays and very fun!

I got Civ4 runs nice on my laptop, I love that game but like Panzer Corps I forget how long I been playing. Get it in neck from Gf.

I got my butt kick first couple games on multiplayer in PzC.

Your worse then me I on Vista still haha, but am upgrading this year.
