Mr Cholo (Dailami with Khorasan) defeats rpadilla1988 (Bizantines 988)

Two Hills separated with lots of mud on the right. Dailamies chargued in both flanks, ussing their numerichal superiority (due to their troops are cheaper than mostly of byzantines). They could climb up the hill in the left flanks thanks to calvary and an elephant. Instead of this attack, Byzantines could hold their possition on the hill. On the right a mixed army of medium infantry and calvary try to flank. Finally they could reach the hill due to mostly of byzantine calvary were archers and they run out when dailami foot charged. Meanwhile, from the hill, in the centre, archers were fighting against Skouatotai till they decide to chargue directly to the hill in order to take melee fight for doing flanking chargues in next turns.

Me and Afro both have crappy armies and are fighting for last place. First time my troops didn't have a 0% chance to win a fight. Anyway, I got lucky to win by breaking most of his light troops. Good fight anyway.

Hi There. I do not know where to post general discussion topic, so I post it here so the dev can see.
The way this league works is that highest in division out of 10 is only one that can win seat to higher division. This makes most of the games pointless for most of the players if one guys gets a win streak. I think it should be like sports and there should be a playoffs, Say top 6 out of 10 make playoffs. where two highest rank in division gets a bye game and plays lower rank following week. The other 4 battle it out to fight the first and second place the next week. One lose in whole process and you are out.
This is how fantasy sports works anyway, and this give a reason for all players to fight for that 6th spot till the end. Still the best will win anyway.

Scoring - all you need to do is just post your score. We input it into a spreadsheet that calculates the actual result. See the rules https://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=107984. No. 4

We then use an ELO rating for all players to determine who plays in which divisions. It is our second season and so the rating system is still in it's infancy. Changes may be made in the future. What I/we have found over many years of organising tournaments, is that the scoring systems and player ratings are quite accurate in determining who plays in which divisions.

In most sports/hobbies, you will always find the same individual/teams/countries in the top divisions/leagues. However there is always a new individual/teams/countries that has performed well and makes it into the top divisions/leagues

Division C

Badger73 (Polish 966-1057 AD with Russ 960-1053 AD allies) defeated anderarcos11 (Viking [Ireland[ 900-1049 AD): 42-14

The Poles successfully defended a hilltop on their right flank which absorbed most of the Viking attacks by Polish infantry consistently making good post-melee morale checks. This allowed the more numerous Polish cavalry to defeat the mounted huscarls on their left and gave center line Polish heavy foot time to overwhelm and break the Viking's right flank infantry. The Random Number Generator favored Poland this time around in a very tense match.

Division C

tmac11 ... Pyrrhic 280-275 with Samnite 355-272BC Allies defeated Badger73. Spartan 221-146 with Roman 281-221 Allies 43 - 15

After some initial skirishes the main armies got together, in the initial round a spartan flank was exposed which then led to a rout, this caused a gap and attempts to plug it proved difficult, Pyrrhic cavalry managed to penetrate the line hitting flanks and causing a general nuisance, the Roman infantry could not prevent a defeat.

opoli51 were completely out of touch after only one game so that I have to forfeit all games 40-15 to his opponents .
Fludwill are starting to advance slowly after a period of delay.

ulysisgrunt picked up an excellent 6 wins from 9 games, IMC and tamac11 both won 5 from 7 and also have the potential to challenge for the top spot.

DIV B
desertedfox is currently in first place across the TDC with 6 wins from 6 matches and an average score of 89.
Deeter is close behind with 5 wins in 6 games

DIV A
Dreddradish has only one draw so far and leads the competition with an average score of 71. His strong contender is ericdoman1 who has won 6 out of 8 and has an average score of 69.

Could you order the scores from highest to lowest? seen this way it seems that janohito (who has won almost all the battles) is among the last. Thanks!

Constrained battlefield nullified the Chinese mobile forces, and the warbands accordingly piled into the Chinese foot.

Thanks to mcfcivo, who fought hard throughout (and deserved much more, there were a series of warbands on the point of breaking when the end came).
