Bru, you're the best
I will revisit the Kokoda campaign.
But currently I'm struggling with getting my revised New Britain campaign to work.
It just stops on a default campaign map (not the map in the campaign folder), must be some issue with the data.cmp file.

No, you are! (A mutual admiration society, eh?)
I was wondering whether you would not mind some help like that if I spot something. Nothing ever to the point of "rewrite" - I would never go there - but it's fun to pull things apart and look at them like frog dissection in Biology class, remember?
If I ever do cross a line, just send me a PM.

I played the 3rd scenario of the Kokoda campaign and it was quite a challenge. Had forces deployed on both sides of the river. The jungle made my advance difficult, I was able to breakout on the left but forces on the right side of the river got blogged down and the Japanese reinforcements put my units there in the defense. Was able to defend the roadblock. The forces from left of river managed to capture the ridge and road on the last turn.
These seems to be a problem with the triggers because I capture Pitoxi and the airstrip but it's not marked as completed so I got draw.

You keep playing and I'll keep dissecting, if it's OK with Erik. Here, it's a matter of wrong objective and no objective linked for Set Objective State:

Okay - maybe I am missing something obvious, but I cannot download any of your scenarios. Each link gives me a file not found error.
Anyone able to clue me in to what I am missing?
Thanks

I think Dropbox has disabled the public folder functionality...
I need some time to find out how to fix this.

Hello Erik. I cannot load the new releases Blitzkrieg 39-40 v. 4.4 and Sealion v.3.0 because dropbox send a message : untraceable file. Sorry, this file is not any more in this location. He was maybe moved or made private. Excuse me about the language but i'm french. Another thing, i have translate in french all the scenarios of the campaigns Blitzkrieg 39-40 and Blitzkrieg 41-42. It was a hard job. Thanks for your job, i'm happy to play yours campaigns. Now, i'm going to translate Sealion but there are many scenarios. I plan a lot of time. Bye

Played the 4th scenario of Kokoda, Isuvura. Tough defensive mission. In an effort to hold 3 objectives, Abuari traded hands with he japanese several times during the scenarios.
Problem with the scenario is the primary objective objectives gave the impression I only need to hold 3 of the 4 primary VPs, I did but I only got draw at the end. Description needs to be aded to the secondary objective of defending Missima since there is none.

I have replaced the links to all campaigns (except Kokoda), but I am unsure if they work properly.
(they work on my home PC, but not quite on my office PC...)
Could someone please test this New Britain download link?

New Britain changes:
Cropped the maps for each scenario.
Added proper Marine Corps faction.
Fixed/enhanced objectives and other stuff.

Unintended or not, this gave me a chuckle just when I needed one. I am sure he did not mean it the way it sounds, Erik!

Played 5th scenario of the Kokoda campaign Ioribaiwa and I got my first victory. Jungles made the advance slow but I still got all objectives in the end. Maybe add descriptions to the secondary objectives?
I couldn't help but notice in the briefing saying "The Australian counterattack is aided now by artillery that has been laboriously manhandled up the steep mountain"
This is quite funny because I had been using artillery for the past few scenarios. A question, is the people no suppose to buy artillery before this point in the campaign?

The briefings in the Komodo campaign are from the original Rising Sun Campaign scenarios.
They are not always consistent with the OOB scenario versions...
