We know, it was a movement error.

If you load the hotfix v0.50a (page 146) they will move again. You can also wait for the v0.51 update, it's fixed in there as well.

The strike group of the German army group "Center" consisted of 8 tank and 14 infantry divisions. Where do you have Su-8 on this map? It is only an example of how this scenario is prepared. Find Army, find their units, and put proper units like Su-85, Su-100, Su\ISU 152 ect.
When you are creating a scenario you have list of all units, even Su-8. First ask and check, then blame.
