A slow start in this section and not much to report. pantherboy has started with two straight wins to go to top of Division A while Gorrick has taken the lead in Division B with two wins. This section tended to be closer than the others in Season 1 because players are asked to use so many different armies during the course of the season. 6 victories was enough to win Division A last time.

A slow start in Division A with MikeC_81 (Jewish Revolt) on top with a solitary win. The same cannot be said in Division B where one-third of the matches have been completed within the first week! pantherboy (Kingdom of Soissons) has stormed to the top of the table with six wins and a draw from seven starts and is currently sixteen points ahead of his nearest rival, pbuck777 (Pictish). Ludendorf (Huns) has also started well with two wins from three matches. SpeedyCM (Romano-British) has taken an early lead in Division C with two wins and a draw with GDod (Spanish, Sertorius) just a point behind him. Division D has barely started although youngr (Romans) is top with an opening win.

MikeC_81 (Romans) has started strongly in Division A this week with two wins and Nosy_Rat (Pontics) also has a win. An exciting struggle between pbuck777 (Pontics) and DzonVejn (Rhoxolani) is already under way in Division B with four and three wins respectively. Ludendorf (Hannibal in Africa) has made a solid start in Division C with two wins. SpeedyCM (Samnites) and Ulysisgrunt (Jewish) also have two wins, but they have some defeats as well. RagnarOneTooth (Hannibal in Italy) has recovered after two losses to win five straight wins in Division D to go top of the table ahead of harveylh (Ptolemaics) who has three wins from four starts. There has only been one result in Division E and Zardoz02 (Romans) won that one, so he is top of the table.

The first Sunday round-up has been posted this morning. It is a bit thin as might be expected at the start of the tournament. If you are new, the key thing to understand about the tables and charts is that they correspond with each other, and any results reported after they been posted will not be included until both are next updated (at least twice a week).

harveylh is away this week and may have limited internet access so his games may proceed more slowly until next weekend.
