FireknightBarcelona can equal Dreddradish's total, but Dreddradish slightly got the better of him in their two matches together. Defeat for Badger73 at the hands of Kerait in his final match in Division D means that Kroche is promoted instead. Division E finished a while back.

tyronec (Aragonese) now has a firm grip on Division A after his sixth consecutive victory. A lot still depends though on the outcome of his crucial match against second-placed CheAhn (Crusader). desertedfox (German) is relegated. In division B TaBai (Mongol Ilkhanid) completed a successful campaign with a seventh victory to finish in second place. At the bottom, a first victory for Morat (German) in his sixth match has kept his hopes of avoiding relegation very much alive. It is still wide open in Division C where 5 players still have a chance of taking the top spot. The new leader is edb1815 (Aragonese) and the main threats to him come from Kroche (German) and Marvin_the_Arvn (Castilian) who are both sitting in mid-table with numerous matches still to be completed. At the bottom, Garokan (Portuguese) is relegated. There is nothing to report from Divisions D and E this week.

I was very surprised by the outcome, after coming so close to winning by one point, I thought Bluefin was capable of making a heroic comeback. But a final cavalry charge turned everything on its head.

Captainwaltersavage - Carthaginian (Hannibal in Italy) 216-203 BC with Samnite 355-272 BC allies defeats carpenkm - Roman 105-25 BC with Armenian 331 BC-252 AD allies 43:10

The Carthaginians did the business once again. I had all the luck in this one. I also took advantage of my superior numbers to flank the Roman infantry and to rout the Roman cavalry. All my plans seemed to work (well nearly).

I managed to hold off the better legions. My Elephants had a tremendous time smashing apart the enemy right flank. Even my noble cavalry managed to destroy a cataphract unit in two turns. I think this battle shows what good luck can do if combined with a lack of stupidity on my side. Thanks to carpenkm who carried on fighting when all the gods were against him.

A great way to end my season.

Lot's of missile fire from both side. Rough ground permitted my massed bowmen to survive to byzantine lancers and Indian Elephants have done the job against enemy cav. But an hard game till the decision. For this game indian archers deserve a special congrats for they fight. Thanks Aetius39, was a more difficult game than the score lets appear.
