Once again, a bit of moving around that resulted in one army taking the high ground and the other wanting to go nowhere near it, rather than waste another 12 turns of moving around we decided to call it a draw and withdraw from the field of battle.

A tough challenge which in no small part was due to spears holding and holding against pikes in the centre whilst the MF took the left and then took the centre.

Game was fairly even until a knight charge combined with a elephant breaking meant that a large element of the medium foot centre collapsed gave the westerns the victory, cheers for the game, till next time, was good to see the nellies in action.

There was a long hill in the middle of the map where the armies clashed. The Carthaginians punched some holes in the line, and before their left fell (it was pretty bad by end there), they managed to double team and flank the Persians into a general rout. GG as usual Stew, and thanks for playing!

Morat (German Imperial) beat Conteshard (Crusader) 41-8

Battlefield divided by a stream with a series of enclosures on the left flank. A series of skirmishes over the stream saw the German Imperials get the upper hand on the right and in the centre and take the win.
