In a last desperate throw of the dice in what is likely a doomed attempt to avoid relegation the Khorasanians finally came good as the Veteran Dailami stormed across a stream and up a hill into the German spears as their light horse massed archers held up the German cavalry on the flanks. As the Germans broke, panic spread, fortuitously for the Khorasanians and the end came much quicker than expected. Thanks to my friendly opponent who coped with the swings and arrows of outrageous fortune with great equanimity !
