Noted on the Irish Rebellion.

The British surrender is not caused by the Irish Rebellion but by playing the "HMS Hampshire sunk" event.
Fix is attached and can be applied to matches in progress.

edit: disregard what I wrote earlier. Seems that I retested a save where HMS hampshire was already sent. HMS is working now with the fix, and I can't seem to roll Irish anymore to test that one. Will let you know if I come across it again.

I have 2 more saves where it happens, they are of the same start, but for some reason after crashing a few times at first, the game allowed me to play a few more turns only to crash again a few turns later. Can upload if you think it'll help.

Yes, I have the beginning turn saved, the end turn and the log. Would you like all of them? I’m not at home right now so it might be five or six hours before I can send them to you.

This save crashes.
This save used to crash at first, on turn 30, but then for some reason let me replay it later. I tried to reload it a few times at first to check whether it really crashed, and it did. But then on my last try, it allowed me to continue to play. But a few turns later, the above happened. (On a side note, both these saves suffer from the HMS hampshire bug, and Britain is always asking to surrender.)

Strangely enough I could not reproduce the crash in either of both savegames even after trying each 5 times.

another game repeatedly crashing, was currently playing it, trying to get to 30, but it seems like it hit at 25, just as winter starts.

that's strange hmm. But you could in the test 70 one?
the entente46 save doesn't crash at start of turn end sequence when I spend my diplomacy budget and make some moves. instead it crashes at the end.
hmm seems coincidental. just ended turn again without doing anything and it crashed at end as well, at first it was crashing at start of end turn sequence. Or maybe I imagined that. A bit tired, so gtg sleep now.

Entente46 does not crash either for me, also tried 5 times. What is going on here?
The only savegame that reliably crashes right after clicking on "end turn" is test70.

hmm strange, what happens if you end turn a few more times after that?
I maybe have an idea. Try these?
These are the autosaves after the turn that crashes for me, but I can't load them. If I try, the game immediately crashes, maybe if you can load them. Perhaps I need to reinstall, or maybe you made some changes nobody else has?

this one crashes for me too, but the log is slightly different at the end.

seems like the crash bug is related to naval AI though? As it always seems to crash when it's calculating naval moves, either at start or end.

For now I can confirm that Umeu's autosaves also cause a crash upon loading and Wolfe's savegames are reliably crashing after ending the turn.
Wolfe's savegames display the same behavior as Umeu's "test70" savegame which is also the same as the one I was experiencing when testing V16: that dreaded AI bug.
The crashes are caused by the pathfinding routine for LAND units screwing up for reasons unknown.
(I made some tests to ensure the naval AI was done at that point of the crash and a LAND unit was being moved)

On my save game I as only at war with Russia could that be where the pathfinding glitch is happening with one of Russia's units? Or has it happened while playing as the Entente?

This specific bug seems to be happening since V15.

In your game the bug seems to be connected to AI trying to move a Russian Home Guard in Finland.
In Umeu's savegame "test70" the bug happened while AI tried to move a French Army Corps while being out of supply.
I don't recall if you have already sent me a savegame where you were playing Entente vs CP AI and the bug happened, if so please say so because it's becoming a bit confusing with all the savegames.
