The fight for Lesbos grinds on, with one win each - so a decider will be fought once the dead have been buried and the survivors tracked down and forced back into the ranks!

Victory and defeat for the Clan

Posted: Tue Jun 01, 2010 12:41 am
by davouthojo
2 extended campaigns of the Clan have reached completion:

Our warriors fought bravely, but were again let down by their general (he too has been replaced) and the odds against them

DEFEAT for the clan in the 2nd battle of Cragganmore

Clan Brave 19,125/53,500 43/40
Crimea 8,491/51,000 11/42

With a heavy heart, we have to concede this crisp, nutty, rich and cheeky scotch to our worthy opponent.......

In better news, the Clan have reversed their defeat at Hauran

VICTORY for the clan in the 3rd battle of Hauran

Clan Brave 11,290/41,000 22/32
Canaan 15,563/25,000 20/17

Our opponents were well beyond brave, even foolhardy, taking over 60% casualties before they ran.
With the second victory, we have liberated the province.
Out of respect for the fallen, we would seek peace with Canaan, justice has been done for their unprovoked aggression.

Reached by such great news the whole of Canaan is rejoicing!
We congratulate our trusted ally the Kappadokians on their victory.
Soon our reprisal of those perfidious Coveninters will start in earnest

A spirited battle but the Omens were not good this day for the Delians.

The Delians will withdraw and concede Lakedamia to the Egyptians.

Battle result from Highlanders vs Rome

Posted: Wed Jun 02, 2010 5:26 am
by davouthojo
The highlanders have repelled the invasion of their homelands in the first battle against Rome in a close battle that could have gone either way:

VICTORY Clan Brave (davouthojo) 15,672/47,500 45/50
Romans (thegreymouser) 19,809/51,000 50/48

We respectfully suggest that next time the Romans do battle they send Fafhrd, not the Mouse.
