Just to pick out a few things from the latest records . . .

1) Cunningcairn is the first player to reach 400 matches played in the FOG2DL.
2) harveylh is the first player to post 200 victories.
3) losing matches has absolutely no impact on ulysisgrunt's enjoyment of the game!
4) 11 players equalled the record divisional points totals, 5 of them in High Middle Ages, which was in only its second season.
5) 4 players scored 36 point maximums.
6) CyberHetman is unbeaten for 15 matches now in High Middle Ages, with possibly more to add next season.
7) 3 players managed record wins for their division in High Middle Ages, but there were no new records elsewhere in the tournament for this category.
8) gamercb moved up to equal third in the Wooden Spoon championship and LindsayCole was a new entry in equal sixth place.

Despite only managing to scrape in as a reserve and my performance deteriorating from its usual splendid mediocrity to poor I really enjoyed this season playing an army I had never even considered before.

Come on Cunningcairn - time to force some more draws! You could be four-across-the-board with most played/wins/defeats - and - draws!!! Clearly a Rocky-style training montage with Karvon is needed.

Like i said you on discord , it s for me a pleasure to play differents opponents , armies , strategies. The digital league gives this to me. I would be more disappointed if an army would be really better than the others and could be played without reflection.
Our games since i play have always been interesting , so instead of thinking this army was unchivalrous , i m counting on you to work on a new strategy for the following season

Me, Anders and Ian have just had a vote and agreed 3-0 that where players have exactly the same rating score, the player who has played more matches will be placed ahead of the other(s). This is because it is harder to sustain a higher rating over a larger number of matches.

I am recorded here as playing 35 games in season 11, should be 36 so i drop out the top 40 and won't be on Top of the Pops

If I may ask in this thread, where does the second number in parentheses come from?

For example, my Season 11 standalone rating is listed as "36-ray552 (19-81) = 4.26"

The "19" is the number of games I played in the season, but how is "81" calculated?

The "4.26" is of course 81/19 = 4.26

The rating points will be awarded as follows:

Division B - 10pts for a win, 5pts for a draw/tie
Division C - 8pts for a win, 4pts for a draw/tie

Division E - 4pts for a win, 2pts for a draw/tie
Division F - 2pts for a win, 1pt for a draw/tie

The themed event will also accrue rating points but the division tariff to be used for each pool will be determined once the participants are confirmed. In Season 1 the "A" pool was rated as "Division A", Pool B was rated as Division C.
