Parthia smashes the Bactrian Empire, 48-3, forever establishing a humbling superiority. A Bactrian general perished, just as well for him--although battlefield escapee has reported that he was last seen being forced to eat bushels of humble pie, one after another. Alas.

Turn 5 Scores (page 11) updated. Turn 5 Overlords and Vassals:

The Hsiung-nu submit on bended knee to a new overlord from the west: Nabataea. They won 48-12 and the Hsung-nu lost two sub-generals. Wow, I couldn't even with with 1,200 vs. 1,000 FP.

This should have been named the Nabataean Empire Campaign.

My Atrropatene's are fighting Arab tribes....
Will a defeat this simply push one of us down the 'food chain'??

Arab Tribes attacked Atropatene. If Arab Tribes wins then they gain Atropatene as a vassal (and the 5 VP), and Ptolematic Kingdom loses Atropatene as a direct vassal. Ptolemaic Kingdom still receives the 5 VP for Atropatene since Arab Tribes is part of the Ptolemaic Kingdom's vassal tree.

If Atropatene wins, then nothing happens; they just successfully defend against invasion. Of course they score 20 VP for the win and draw two Movement Sequence chits for the final turn of the campaign.

The Armenian invasion of the Seleucid empire came to nothing. A drawn battle and an empty-handed trek home.

The Ptolemaic Army was led a not very merry dance and succumbed to defeat by the resurgent forces of Skythia on a battlefield ideal for lots of galloping about and shooting. No generals on either side fell to my knowlege. 44% to zero.

Is the Mountain Indian vs. Mauryan Empire game still ongoing, or did I miss a result posting? The deadline to complete the game is midnight Sunday January 7th.

Still going, just getting started really, I think we must be on totally opposite schedules. I'm about to be out of town for several days, until the 8th, sadly.
